Leave Provision Insights & Costing (LPIC)
Silfen’s Leave Provision Insights and Costing Solution (LPIC) removes your cost centre accounting pain in relation to leave provision movements. Silfen’s LPIC is an adjunct to the SAP standard Australian Leave Provision solution. The standard solution effectively handles balance sheet entries, but does not cater for complex cost centre accounting scenario’s brought about by employee movements mid-month. The Silfen LPIC closes this gap and offers:
- Separation of leave provision components such as accrual and leave taken for reporting and General Ledger posting purposes;
- Apportioning of leave provision accrual to multiple cost centre’s in a single month rather than the last cost centre of the month;
- Transparency in relation to the leave reprovision cost of employee pay rises.
