    Silfen partnered with CSR post SAP implementation to undertake the streamlining of a range of HCM system and business functions; including Leave Management, Leave Provisions, Worker's Compensation and Travel Management.

    Silfen went on to implement paperless SAP Enterprise Compensation Management and Performance Appraisal solutions; standardising and simplifying previously disparate paper based processes.  This has evolved to incorporate cloud talent management with the implementation of a SuccessFactors Compensation Management hybrid solution in 2017.

    Silfen continues to work with CSR as a Support Partner, assisting their internal SAP team on collaborative and flexible basis.

    Australian Payroll Implementation

    Zurich Financial Services Australia where faced with the challenge of implementing a local Australian payroll function within a global SAP HCM context. A global SAP implementation partner ran this complex project out of multiple countries.

    Silfen was called upon to collaborate locally and build a new Australian Payroll solution from the ground up. A successful solution was developed that focused on keeping to SAP standards to ensure ease of maintenance into the future.   Silfen continues local support alongside global collaboration.

    Talent Integration & Ongoing SAP HCM Support

    Payroll & Finance alignment of Labour Costing

    UGL is a global leader in outsourced engineering, asset management and property services.

    Capturing records of staff time worked is integral to their payroll and customer billing processes. Silfen implemented Labour costing functionality and reporting to accurately align timesheet unit pricing with actual payroll costs.

    UGL can now accurately reconcile the breakdown of their labour costs across multiple Industrial Instruments and lines of business.

    Enterprise Compensation Management Simplification

    UGL utilise the SAP HCM Enterprise Compensation Management offering to administer employee salary reviews each year. A wide geographic footprint and diverse lines of business has made this process no easy feat!

    Silfen worked with UGL to streamline technical aspects of the process, improving the end user experience and significantly reducing the administrative effort at review time.

    SuccessFactors Learning

    In 2016 Silfen were there to implement and support the SuccessFactors Learning Solution.  A hybrid solution was deployed, integrating their existing SAP HR footprint seamlessly with SAP's cloud based offering.

    Flexible Support

    In addition to project engagements, Silfen provides ongoing backfill support for UGL on an as-needs basis.  Silfen's wide skill set and agility enables UGL to "size up" whenever the need arises.
